There’s no lot to drive to and nothing to drop off. You tell me where the car is sitting and that’s where the truck goes — your driveway, your back yard, a shop that’s holding it, a wreck yard, the side of a farm road. Wherever it’s parked
Your driveway or yard
The most common one. It doesn’t need to be on the drive, on concrete, or facing the road. If the wrecker can reach it, the wrecker can take it.
Behind the house or in a field
Flat tyres and grass grown through the wheels are the normal condition of what I buy. Tell me roughly how far off the road it is and I’ll tell you if it’s a problem.
A shop or mechanic holding it
Happens all the time — the repair bill came in higher than the car is worth and now it’s sitting on someone’s lot. I can collect from there, as long as you’re the owner and the shop is willing to release it.
An apartment lot or side street
Doable, just tell me on the phone so I bring the right setup and don’t block anybody in for an hour.
A storage yard or impound
Possible, but there’s usually paperwork on their end and fees that have to be settled first. Call and we’ll work out whether it’s worth it before either of us spends a morning on it.
Why there’s no address here
This is a mobile operation, not a lot. There’s one truck and one person driving it, and every job starts by driving to wherever your car already is. There’s nowhere to come and look around, so publishing a street address would only send somebody on a wasted trip.
